Bitter: Dem Kunden ist zunächst meist nicht klar, dass er sich nicht auf der offiziellen Seite des Rundfunkbeitrags befindet. Dort wäre die Ummeldung völlig kostenlos. Natürlich kann jeder selbst zur Zulassungsstelle gehen. Nicht selten hat man aber nicht alle erforderlichen Papiere dabei oder muss lange Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen.“
